Wire-Electric Discharge Machining
• Wire EDM cuts parts via spark discharge between conductive wire electrode and workpiece. With CNC-controlled cutting path and dielectric fluid chip removal, repeated spark erosion forms finished components.
• Covering high-speed, medium-speed and low-speed Wire EDM options; grinding-equivalent surface finish, stable cutting & max feed rate at 350mm/min. Low-speed Wire EDM hits Ra0.8μm, mainly for stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
• Fitted with around 5 Japan Sodick & Seibu wire cutters. Optimize processing solutions based on customer drawings to cut costs, supporting high-precision production of intricate parts dominated by stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
